You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- Publishing any platform material in any media.
- Redistribution in any way.
- Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any platform material.
- Publicly performing and/or showing any platform material.
- Using this platform in any way that is or may be damaging to this platform.
- Using this platform in any way that impacts user access to this platform.
- Using this platform contrary to applicable laws and regulations or in any way may cause harm to the platform, or to any person or business entity.
- Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this platform.
- Using this platform to engage in any advertising or marketing.
If you need special permissions, such as information or examples for news articles or reviews, for the use of Service Plan One, please contact us, and we will look at your request on a case-by-case basis.
Use of Service Plan One in violation of the above, including forwarding of information from Service Plan One, will trigger a penalty of CHF 10.000,00 per violation, just as liability will be incurred under the general rules of Swiss law, as well as closure or termination of any active accounts, depending on the severity of the violations.
3. Your account
To use the services from Service Plan One, you are required to create an account with a valid subscription. Registration is allowed if you are a company that is directly or indirectly involved in the repair or maintenance of vehicles and/or trailers, vehicle and/or trailer wholesale or retail trade, specialist workshop, road assistance service, vehicle inspection and/or undercoating. If you do not meet these criteria, please contact us, and we will look at your case and work with you to find a suitable solution. For companies with multiple locations (branches, offices, trading units, etc.) each department must be registered separately. The same is applicable for companies with associated companies.
It is the account holder's full responsibility to keep account information correct and up to date. It is the account holder’s responsibility to protect their account against abuse. If the account holder finds out their account has been compromised, the password should be changed immediately and Service Plan One should be notified. Upon receiving a notice of an account breach, we’ll launch an investigation to examine the extent of the breach and execute a plan to mitigate and correct potential damage.
4. Content Responsibility
The account holder has full responsibility for ensuring that the data they enter on Service Plan One is correct. The account holder agrees to fully compensate Service Plan One for any demands from a third party which are based on the content and data the account holder has entered.
Service Plan One is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and content from third-party providers. Service Plan One does periodically perform random checks to see if the information one can get access to through Service Plan One is correct.
Even though Service Plan One continuously works to keep our platforms free of viruses and malware, we cannot guarantee that it is 100% virus and malware-free or assume responsibility in this regard. Before account holders can get data or documentation, they need to carry out reasonable security measures and use appropriate anti-virus programs for their own protection and to prevent Service Plan One from being infected.
The data and information on Service Plan One platforms are collected in good faith, and we continuously work on having the best data providers available, but the accuracy of the data cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Service Plan One platforms may contain links or references to/from third-party websites. Service Plan One assumes no responsibility for the content from such websites and will not use their websites and/or content as their own.
5. Responsibility for Data Processing
It is the account holder’s responsibility to obtain the customer’s/car owner’s consent before providing their data to Service Plan One. The customer/car owner must also be made aware of their rights in relation to GDPR, which can be found on the Service Plan One website, or by pressing the link in the SMS they receive as part of their data being provided to Service Plan One. If the customer/car owner does not register their account within 30 days, their information will be deleted from Service Plan One.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Service Plan One be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Website, even if we or an authorized representative have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
General
The following terms and conditions are applicable on www.serviceplan.one. By accepting the present conditions you, as a user, consent to the fact that the conditions in force at that time are valid and regulate the relationship between you and Service Plan One in any context and the use of the benefits from Service Plan One.
Service Plan One is a free reference work, where you can check outstanding debt, see mileage information, vehicle inspection data etc. and as a registered user at Service Plan One, you are able to upload photos of your vehicle, upload photos of the paper service records and choose a workshop and thereby receive timely information on service tasks etc.
If your preferred workshop uses Service Plan One, you will receive information on upcoming service tasks directly at your mobile/mail, while at the same time your workshop will also be able to send invoices digitally. Upon request from your workshop, Service Plan One can retrieve data from previously performed services, so everything is collected in Service Plan One.
Service Plan One is free to use for all vehicle owners and you can add up to five cars to your user profile.
All vehicles with a valid number plate can use and be added to Service Plan One.
User Account
To be able to use the services from Service Plan One, we require that the personal information on each user is updated and correct.
It is the user’s full responsibility to keep the information correct and updated.
All information about users which is in the possession of Service Plan One will and must comply with the privacy policy from Service Plan One. This policy will include information about how users can obtain access to information or can delete information that Service Plan One possesses. It is the user’s responsibility to protect the password which is issued against abuse. If a user finds out that the password has been revealed, it is the user’s responsibility to change it without prior warning.
Statement of Privacy
Protection of your personal information is important when you use Service Plan One. Please notice the following:
- Anonymous data collection: You can visit Service Plan One’s websites and use them as a reference work without leaving your personal information. We only register your Internet provider (your IP address), the pages or website, the date, time, and the pages you visit when you visit Service Plan One’s websites. This information is analyzed for statistical purposes, but as an individual you remain anonymous.
- Collection, use, and communication of personal data: As a registered user at www.serviceplan.one, we need your personal data. Details such as your name, phone number, mail, etc., are collected when you enter the data during your registration in Service Plan One. Service Plan One uses your personal data for providing services and information about your vehicle and coming car services together with special offers and other important information. Data are handed over to the workshop which you have chosen through the registration process for use in the call for coming car services, but data are never handed over to a third party outside Service Plan One.
Cookies
Service Plan One uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file which is stored on your hard disk. This text file is created by the web server where you have built a link through your web browser and is afterwards sent to you. You will be recognized by this cookie when revisiting the website or the specific page, which means that you don’t have to re-enter data which you have already specified. Most browsers are set up to approve cookies automatically, but you can at any time choose to set up your browser to reject cookies and show the cookie to you before approval. You can also delete cookies from your computer.
Right of Opposition
You can at any time protest against the use of your personal data. Send your opposition to info@serviceplan.one and we will block the access to your data. Furthermore, in certain circumstances you have the right to get your registered data amended, blocked, or deleted. You have at any time the right to know which data Service Plan One has registered about you and the purpose of the registration.
At www.serviceplan.one you can, at your user profile, delete the vehicles that you have registered, and hereby the workshop will not have access to the information about the user of the vehicle. This means however that you will not receive any notifications, service information, etc., concerning this vehicle. Data about car service and the service records will however stay registered at www.serviceplan.one, as this kind of information may serve as documentation in case of a warranty claim, etc.

Violation
The following will cause a warning followed by suspension:
- Copyright infringement: Direct infringement of the copyright, which is defined in ”Notice of Copyright Law”.
- Threats and harassment: The services from Service Plan One may never be used for threats or harassment of individuals, organizations, or companies.
- Violently offensive content: Content which is considered very offensive or extreme will result in a warning.
- Illegal use: Any use of services in direct attempts to perform illegal activities will be considered as abuse.
Abuse
Any deliberate abuse of Service Plan One’s services, homepage, or systems will cause immediate termination, exclusion, and in extreme cases, a complaint to the police.
Service Plan One does not distinguish between abuse and attempt of abuse.
Abuse includes the following (but is not limited to):
- Hacking of Service Plan One or Service Plan One’s customers’ homepages, systems, or services.
- Exploitation of errors or any security vulnerability.
- Conscious and deliberate overuse or overload of Service Plan One, customers’ services, webpages, or systems.
- Inexpedient overload of Service Plan One’s support services.
- Exploitation of Service Plan One’s conditions, policies, or similar for personal gain.
- Use/abuse of Service Plan One’s services for illegal activities.
In case of abuse, Service Plan One will determine if the case was deliberate or not.
Suspension
Suspension may occur when the following conditions are met:
- Setting up of a vehicle without user/ownership (you will receive a notice of abuse).
- Setting up and upload of a wrong photo of the vehicle and service records.
- Abuse of Service Plan One.
Service Plan One reserves the right to suspend or to repeal services which contain material that might damage Service Plan One, Service Plan One’s reputation, or Service Plan One’s business.
Responsibility
Any use of any service that Service Plan One offers is at the user’s own risk and responsibility. Service Plan One assumes no responsibility for content and/or data transmitted to and from the users’ services via the Internet including accuracy, legitimacy, completeness, etc. Service Plan One is thereby not responsible for any losses, direct or indirect violations, or other conditions which may occur as a consequence of the use of information transmitted via the Internet through the services from Service Plan One.
Service Plan One renounces any responsibility and loss that a user may suffer in connection with the use of Service Plan One.
Service Plan One is not responsible for unauthorized access to user data or systems – or damage or loss of data in this connection.
Service Plan One renounces furthermore any responsibility for direct or indirect loss of data, damage to data, and recovery of data no matter what the cause may be.
Service Plan One cannot be held liable in damages. In case Service Plan One anyway is attempted to be held liable, Service Plan One’s responsibility will be limited to the user’s entire costs regarding the services which Service Plan One makes available.
Every disclaimer in these conditions is at any time and in all respects valid unless Service Plan One has acted with gross negligence or intentionally has acted to damage the user.
Service Plan One undertakes and accepts no responsibility for losses or damages which may occur in connection with abuse of passwords.
Service Plan One will not guarantee that www.serviceplan.one is accessible and runs smoothly at any time. This is especially valid if the access to Service Plan One is influenced by problems which are out of Service Plan One’s control. Service Plan One will however do our utmost to immediately solve the access problems to the content as soon as it is technically and operationally possible.
Reservations
Service Plan One reserves the right to change the conditions without prior warning.
Changes which may have influence on personal data will be communicated to the users and will need approval when the user logs into the system again.
Service Plan One reserves the right to exclude persons whom Service Plan One considers as unpleasant, unfriendly, or threatening. In extreme cases, Service Plan One will cancel the person’s active services and exclude the person from future services from Service Plan One.
