How it works
Four steps, and only two of them need you at a keyboard.
- 1 Register your workshop Company name, registration number, contact details. We verify the business before your records count as confirmed.
- 2 Enter the VIN Type or scan it. If the vehicle is already on ServicePlan.one, its details and prior history load automatically.
- 3 Log the work Pick parts and services from the catalogue, add mileage, notes and photos. A draft summary is written for you to review.
- 4 Saved as confirmed Attributed to your workshop, permanently, on that vehicle — visible to the owner and to the next buyer.
What you get back
A public profile
Your workshop appears in the directory with your specializations, opening hours, location, and rating — found by owners searching nearby.
Ratings from real jobs
Only the owner of a vehicle you actually serviced can rate that service. Ratings cannot be bought or faked.
Returning customers
Owners see who did the last service and when the next one is due. Your name is attached to that reminder.
Vehicle context
Before you touch a vehicle you can see what was done to it, by whom, and at what mileage — including work done elsewhere.
Promotions
Publish offers to owners in your area directly from your dashboard.
Your own record
A running count of vehicles serviced and average rating, usable as proof of your track record.
Verification, and why it matters
Anyone can claim to have serviced a vehicle. The value of ServicePlan.one to owners and buyers rests entirely on the fact that confirmed records come from businesses we have checked. That is why registration includes a verification step, and why owner-entered records are always visibly separated from yours.
What it costs
Pricing is based on how many vehicles you service, so a two-bay independent shop is not paying the same as a multi-site operation.
