How it works
- Sign in with your phone number — or the VIN of any vehicle you own. We send a one-time code to the number on the account, so nobody who merely reads your VIN off the vehicle can get in.
- Your workshops fill it in. When a verified workshop services your vehicle, the record appears automatically, marked confirmed and attributed to them.
- Add what they miss. Oil you changed yourself, a tyre swap, a part you fitted — log it. Your entries stay visible but are always marked unconfirmed, so the record stays honest.
- Share it when you sell. One link shows a buyer the history without handing over your account.
What you get
One timeline per vehicle
Filter by year, by workshop, or by whether the entry was confirmed. Several vehicles on one phone number all sit under the same account.
Mileage watch
We chart every odometer reading and flag anything that goes backwards, plus long stretches where the vehicle barely moved.
Service reminders
Set the next service date yourself, or let ServicePlan.one estimate it from your own service intervals.
Rate your workshop
Only you can rate a service that was actually done on your vehicle — which is what makes the directory ratings worth reading.
Photos and paperwork
Attach photos to any record, and export the whole history as a PDF whenever you need it.
It transfers with the vehicle
Hand the vehicle to a new owner by phone number. The history stays with the vehicle; your account keeps the rest of your fleet.
What it costs
Nothing. Owners never pay to view, add to, export, or share their own vehicle history. Workshops pay to participate, and buyers pay to unlock a vehicle they do not own.
Who can see your history
Only you, until you decide otherwise. A buyer sees a vehicle's history when you send them a share link, or when they pay to unlock that VIN — and either way they see the vehicle, not your personal details. Regenerating the share link immediately kills the old one.
