How the allowance works
Standard is free and includes the configured Standard allowance. When it is used, existing history stays available and the workshop can upgrade to Premium or Gold to continue adding records. Premium and Gold use their configured annual allowances, with Gold normally unlimited.
Billing and plan management
Subscriptions renew annually. Stripe securely handles card details, receipts, invoices, payment retries, cancellations, and payment-method changes. ServicePlan.one never stores card details.
What happens if a plan ends?
Existing service history is retained. New workshop service records require an active plan or available Standard allowance.
